What Is The Point of Life?

Updated: Jan 24

Greetings Divine child —

Have you ever asked yourself, "What is the point of life?"

It may sound like a cliché, but the point of life is the journey. You are an eternal being with unfathomable powers, and you have created this experience for the purpose of expansion (if you choose to believe so).

You are part of the All. Source. Divine Consciousness. God. Whatever word suits you. And your lived experiences on this earth contribute to the expansion of the All. How? Let me use an analogy.

There's a difference between watching or reading a story and living a story, right? In a sense, the All has access to every story imaginable, as though it lives in an endless library. But in order to actually live those stories, the All must become…well, us.

Look at the world we live in. Look at the history of it, the future of it, the vast biodiversity, the molecular structures of everything physical, the miracles and tragedies, the magic of thought, the illusion of time, etc. There are countless stories that are being lived and shared and used as modes of expansion.

If that feels overwhelming to you, remember this: you are a Divine creator. You are not at the mercy of anything or anyone. You create your experience.

When you ask yourself, What is the point of life? remember this quote from Joseph Campbell: "I don't believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive."

You chose to be here. You came here to experience life on Earth. You are here to see things, hear things, and feel things. You are on a path of knowing thyself, understanding thyself, and becoming thyself. That is why life exists: because you created it. For yourself. To be. To love. To expand.

You are alive, Divine child. You are a soul made of pure love, and you are experiencing a special, unique life. And that, ultimately, is the point.

Remember who you are — you are Divine Love.
